A legally binding agreement between a property owner (or developer) and a building contractor
Holding Costs
The ongoing expenses associated with owning and maintaining the property while it is not generating income or being used for personal occupancy. Loan repayments, Taxes and Rates, Insurance etc.
Agent Fee
Commission that is paid to a real estate agent for their services in facilitating the sale of the property
Sale of Property
Selling and transferring ownership of real estate from one party to another in exchange for a money

What happens if the deadline of a project is not met?Buildcon Homes will compensate for the delay and inconvenience caused to the home owner

How much does it cost to “Add a Pool” ?A minimum sizes pool costs between $50-$70k

Do you use fixed price contracts or cost plus ?Projects under a $1million in value are generally fixed price contracts where as, projects that are quoted $1mill+ are always ‘cost plus’ contracts (As they have potential for major variations and products/build materials can have a major variation upon delivery)
