How much does it cost to “Add a Pool” ?A minimum sizes pool costs between $50-$70k

Do you use fixed price contracts or cost plus ?Projects under a $1million in value are generally fixed price contracts where as, projects that are quoted $1mill+ are always ‘cost plus’ contracts (As they have potential for major variations and products/build materials can have a major variation upon delivery)
