The building process of a custom home involves several phases, such as:

This phase involves site analysis, feasibility studies, budget estimation, and preliminary design options.
Schematic design

This phase involves developing the concept design including floor plans, elevations, and 3D views. The client then approves the sketch design and the preliminary cost estimate.
Design development

Construction documentation
