The building process of a custom home involves several phases, such as:

Pre-design

Schematic design

This phase involves developing the concept design including floor plans, elevations, and 3D views. The client then approves the sketch design and the preliminary cost estimate.
Design development

This phase involves finalizing the design details, such as materials, finishes, fixtures, and fittings. The client approves the developed design and the updated cost estimate.
Construction documentation

This phase involves preparing the drawings, specifications, and contracts for the construction of the home. The client approves the construction documents and obtains the necessary permits and approvals.
Construction administration

Handover
